What I do

About me

It’s my mission to make a lasting and positive impact on teams and organizations. To achieve that, I combine my experience and capabilities to:

  • Bring vision and structure, by swiftly understanding the situation at hand and put to the table my data driven understanding of the change in a structured way forward, with clear goals and results

  • Take the first step and start the project or transformation with a timeline, agreement on what need to be done, including budgets & milestones and form the team of people and wider stakeholders

  • Lead the change with a specific eye on proper delivery, detailed when needed, fast when required, focused on results recognized and carried by the team, organization and wider stakeholders

I have more than 15 years in consulting, digital & IT transformation program management across corporates, scale-ups and start-ups. I specialize in turning complex challenges into clear, measurable growth.

I gained my experience and capabilities by leading complex, international (Germany, France, India), multidisciplinary change programs and teams in large corporates and smaller businesses, building the right governance to accelerate innovation and deliver results that stick. My strength is balancing strategic foresight (“doing the right things”) with operational excellence (“doing things right”).

I execute my work and decisions driven by the key lesson of my Master in Marketing: “marketing is satisfying customer needs, profitably”.

As a person, I am optimistic, enthusiastic, direct. I try to live by four rules: speak impeccable words, take nothing personal, do not make assumptions, always do your best.

In my free time I have a wide array of interests, currently mainly focused on a fitness training and food program, and classic and youngtimer cars.
